LIVINGSTON PARISH MAIN LIBRARY TO HOST FAMILIAR EVIL AUTHOR

The Main Library in Livingston Parish, LA will host Familiar Evil author Rannah Gray on March 12th at 11:00 a.m. for a book discussion. The Main Library is located at 10390 Iowa Street in Livingston. 

Gray will be joined for the discussion by Mary Jane Marcantel, who was a key figure in the investigation and collaborated on the book. A short video from Gray's trip to London and Bury St. Edmunds, England to conduct interviews for the book will be shown. 

Books will be available for purchase and signing at the Library.

BOOK TALK AT GREENWELL SPRINGS REGIONAL LIBRARY FEBRUARY 13th

Familiar Evil author Rannah Gray will present a program at the Greenwell Springs Regional Library on Saturday, February 13th at 1:00 p.m. She will be joined by Mary Jane Marcantel, who was a key figure in the investigation into Scott Rogers, and Kathleen Richey, President and CEO of Louisianachildren.org. Richey is a former Juvenile Court Judge in Baton Rouge. 

The Greenwell Springs Regional Library is located at 11300 Greenwell Springs Road in Baton Rouge. 

Books will be available for sale and signing at the program.

Panel Discussion on Familiar Evil at Library Dec. 9th

The public is invited to attend a discussion on Familiar Evil this Wednesday, December 9th at 7 p.m. at the Main Library, 7711 Goodwood Boulevard in Baton Rouge. 

Author Rannah Gray will be joined by Mary Jane Marcantel, a key figure in the investigation of Scott Rogers, and Leslie Todd, a licensed clinical social worker. Books will be available for sale at the event. 

 

BATON ROUGE PRESS CLUB NOV. 30TH

Monday, November 30th is the official release date for Familiar Evil.  Author Rannah Gray will present highlights of the book and video from her trip to Bury St. Edmunds, England where Scott Rogers operated a popular performing arts academy in the 1990s. It was in Bury that Rogers was charged with sexual assault of a young student. After the trial ended in a hung jury, he moved to the U.S. with several former students, changed his name and started a new life. Familiar Evil details how Rogers past caught up with him. 

The Baton Rouge Press Club meets Monday at 11:30 a.m. in the Iberville Room of the Belle of Baton Rouge Hotel. The public is invited.  Lunch is $17 for non-Press Club members.
